Porsche - National Open Day Microsite
Porsche national open day was an event to celebrate and welcome current and future customers to the local Porsche dealerships. To achieve this, an efficient responsive microsite was created to promote the event.
Role
User interface design
The Approach
The idea was to involve customers to come and explore the world of Porsche, throughout the Australian premiere of the new 718 Boxter. During the event, there were different activities such as technical talks, tours contests and entertainment for the whole family.
Microsite User Interface (UI)
- We took advantage of the stunning imagery to hero the interior and exterior of the 718 Boxter with a full-width layout
- The images were customised to work at different breakpoints and to enable users to have the same experience on mobile, tablet and desktop
- Porsche branding guidelines and creative look and feel for the Up Close and Porsche microsite were implemented, to accomplish consistency across the marketing activities
- A dealership location section, including a select your state drop-down menu, series of cards with the dealer details, and add to calendar button which added the event to Google, Outlook, iCal and Yahoo.
Outcome
The Porsche national open day across dealerships was a success, thanks to the marketing strategy implemented around Australia, and the interaction with the microsite.
