Sundew Flea Treatment - Single Page Website
Sundew solutions is a leading Australian business in the field of pest management products.
In 2016, the company created a new revolutionary safe Flea Control spray for dogs, cats and households and wanted a responsive website to distribute and promote the product to the stockists, vet clinics and the general public.
Role
- UX research
- User interface design
The Approach
Based on a previous SEO research produced by Tribal, my task was to analyse the research and define the structure of the single page, creating low/high fidelity wireframes and visual design layouts, that were reviewed by the client and the team.

Visual Design
Key User Interface (UI) Patterns
- Relevant inspirational lifestyle imagery and products that capture users’ attention and generate trust.
- A simple sticky nav to allow users to explore specific sections on the page.
- The first section was an introduction to the product, followed by a series of interactive cards with the key benefits/proof points. This enables users to make an informed purchased decision.
- Second section objective was to show how easy was to use the product in three simple steps.
- The idea for the third section ‘where can I buy the product, was to have a list of stockists and vet clinics as hyperlinks. However, this feature was postponed, as the product was not yet introduced to the stockist. Instead, the client required an ‘email us’ button, so users can get more information.
- As the brand was unknown for users and search engines, it was vital to have testimonials and FAQs sections to increase credibility and conversion rates.
Outcome
Despite the short execution time, the responsive website was launched in 2016 and successfully helped Sundew to promote and distribute the product to the stockist and vet clinics.
